Carlos Brito graduated with honors in Accounting from the National Autonomus University of Mexico and was certified by the College of Public Accountants.
Additionally, he studied a specialty in Strategic Planning and Top Senior Management (Rain Markers) in the United States of America; a diploma in Corporate Finance from the College of Public Accountants and another one at an international level; participated in the Social Training Course (CUFOSO) at the Social Union of Businessmen in Mexico, gained a scholarship granted by the Japanese government to study in Tokio: “The form of leadership exercised by Japanese companies”.
He counts with more than 30 years of experience in the practice of audit, mergers and acquisitions, serving also foreign customers.

Carlos Brito is Managing Partner of BHR Enterprise Worldwide Mexico and belongs to the Vision Group of Enterprise Worldwide.
Throughout his career, he was partner at Horwath Castillo Miranda (BDO) and Russell Bedford Mexico, serving, in both, the international clients, as well as as the practice of mergers, acquisitions and Corporate Governance.
At HCM he was designated as the responsible in Latin America for mergers and acquisitions in the organization.
It is noteworthy to mention that he is member of various organisms such as the Mexican Institute of Finance, the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP), the Social Union of Businessmen in Mexico (USEM), former member of the Representative Commission from the IMCP to the AGAFF (General Direction of Federal Fiscal Audit) and Member of the Management Board in several companies.

The Certified Public Accountant, Alfredo Coronado, graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Administration from the University of Guadalajara, where he also studied a Master in Audit. He has also been professor at this university since November 1983 and speaker in various business, organisms and institutions of professional training in the areas of audit and tax.
He counts with more than 40 years of experience in which he has specialized in the audit area of various Certified Public Accountants.
He was founding partner in 1981 of the CPA Flores Coronado y Cía., S.C. , and became Audit Director of the Salles Sainz Grant Thornton, S.C., in Guadalajara from 1999 to 2006.
In 2005 he was President of the College of Public Accountants from Guadalajara, Jalisco, A.C. In 2008 he performed as President of the West Region from the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, and became also member of the National Executive Committee of such Institute from 2011 to 2013 as Treasurer.

José de Jesús Ramos is a Certified Public Accountant from the Technological Institute from Los Mochis, Sinaloa. He counts with Master studies in Tax and Fiscal Update in various Educational Institutes and Accountant Colleges. He has more than 20 years of experience in Accounting and Taxes in various CPA firms and corporations. He is member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants in the
North Section of Sinaloa. He was President of the Board of Directors 1999-2000 and member of the National Executive Committee of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants of public accountants from the northeast which comprises the states of Sonora, Sinaloa, Baja California and Baja California Sur.

He also counts with Diplomas in Wages and Salaries, Development of the Fiscal Consultant, a Diploma in Tax and Corporate Law, and a Diploma on the Prevention of Money Laundering. Throughout his professional career of more than 16 years, he has devoted in servicing manufacturing exporting and maquila companies in the textile sector. During his professional career, he participated in the tax area at KPMG in Mérida.
He counts with the Accounting Certification granted by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and he is member of the College of Public Accountants in Yucatán.

The Certified Public Accountant, Oscar Mendoza Escalante, graduated from the Autonomous University from Puebla, and also holds a Diploma in Finance from the same institution. He has more than 25 years of experience, ten of which he has dedicated to IFRS and US GAAP reports and service to international clients.
Throughout his career he has worked in firms like Deloitte and KPMG, and he is, at present, and since 1995, an active member of the College of Accountants in Puebla, and has participated in various commissions from the College of Accountants, the Department of Continuing Education , and actively participates in various commissions from the College, where he is also speaker on issues of Financial Standards and US GAAP.
He is co-author of the book FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ITS NOTES, GUIDE TO ITS PREPARATION, edited by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.

The CPA Ivonne Gamboa Marrufo, is a graduate from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Yucatan. She holds a degree in Computer Science from the Regional Technological Institute of Mérida and a specialization in Customs Legislation from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Yucatán and AJR Consulting. She participated in the Superior Course for Professionals for Advisory for the Family Business taught by the Nexia Foundation for the Development of Family Business, in Barcelona, Spain. Ivonne has a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Institute of Specialization for Executives, A.C., and is currently studying the Doctorate of Law at the University Institute from Puebla.

Antonio Villa graduated from the Autonomous University of Baja California, where he became a Public Accountant and Lawyer, with specialization in Taxes. He has a professional career of twenty years in the area of tax and corporate counseling, and fifteen as a Professor in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences where he currently teaches tax matters, and courses to the administrative and academic staff of this academic institution.
He belongs to the College of Public Accountants in Mexicali, where he has performed as Secretary of the Board, Tax Vicepresident, and in various stages as President of the Tax Commission and Taxpayer’s Trustee.
Along with another member of his team, he is founder of TCREA, A.C. incubator of business projects and trainer that aims to increase the tax culture in the country by providing courses in various local and regional forums.

Harvey García, Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master’s in Taxation, and is a graduate from the Sonora State University. He was in charge of the Tax area in Russell Bedford Mexicali and San Luis RC. In other activities, he has been active partner for the last 10 years in the College of Public Accountants of Mexicali, A.C. and current President of the College of Public Accountants of the Desert, A.C., in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora.

Gildardo López Amarillas is a Certified Public Accountant by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, the governing body of public accounting in Mexico.
